Missionary Spotlight

May 2025 - H.C. and Chingboi Hanging

Please pray with us and for us!

(See their newest prayer letter on the mission table)

Pray that peace and normalcy will return to our states. The ethnic conflict has persisted for almost two years now.

Pray for the victims of the ethnic conflict who lost their loved ones, their homes and properties.

Pray for our new church building project. Pray for the safety of the workers, and for the funds to complete the work.

Pray for our missionaries who serve in Nepal, Myanmar and in India.

Pray for the orphans we help in Manipur and Myanmar.

Pray for the students and teachers of Day Spring Academy.

Pray for our family. John and Grace are expecting a child in September, and Chingboi and I will become grandparents. Kezia is coming home for her summer vacation and will be serving in our church and community.

Chingboi and I are attending a three-week training session at Lake Ann camp, Michigan in June.

Walk in the Memorial Day Parade

If you would like to walk in the Memorial Day Parade and help hand out flyers for VBS and the Community Picnic the sign-up sheet is in the foyer at the Sign-up Center.

Memorial Day Church Picnic

Church Picnic! Join us today Sunday, May 25, for a fun-filled afternoon at the Paulding's (4902 Industry Rd, Ravenna) immediately following service. Brisket, hot dogs, and drinks will be provided. Please bring your lawn chairs.

Graduate Recognition

Join us Sunday, June 1, following service to celebrate our graduates! Pulled pork and buns will be provided. Sign-up sheet is in the foyer at the Sign-up Center.

Members' Meeting

There will be a brief members' meeting Sunday, June 8, immediately following the morning service.

Gift Baskets Community Picnic

VBS Vounteers

VBS will take place July 13-17, 2025! If you are interested in helping with VBS this year the sign-up sheet with details are in the foyer at the Sign-up Center. If you have any questions please contact Kim Jackson.

Service Opportunity

GCOR is looking for a volunteer to help clean the restrooms twice a month. If you are interested in serving, please contact Connor Draa.

Membership Classes

If you would like to receive more information about the values and philosophy of Grace Church, or if you have been thinking about joining this body of believers, contact the church office. Attending does not necessitate membership, but anyone desiring to become a member of Grace Church needs to go through one of these classes. Children's Ministry Needs

Children's Ministries is in need of one more teacher to fill a new Sunday School class, ages 3-4. Teachers and two helpers will share in a rotation for this class. We are also in need of teachers and helpers for this same age group during church hour. Teachers and helpers must be members of GCOR and must complete and pass a background check.
