Missionary Spotlight August 2025: Grant Rost - Athletes in Action Praise: Scarlett Mae Rost was born to Grant and Liza on May 31st, making them a family of 5! She has a full head of dark hair and bright blue eyes, and her 2 brothers love to smother her with kisses. (Pictures in the newsletter on the mission table) Prayer request: they have been praying for wisdom and direction when it comes to Liza’s future career and growing desire to be more present at home and available for ministry work. In trusting the Lord to provide direction and the path forward, they have embarked on a journey to double their current support goal in hopes of this becoming a reality. Also, recently they had an Ultimate Training Camp for the athletes they are ministering to and growing in Christ. Children's Ministry Meeting
Today Sunday, September 14, immediately following service we will have a brief (5-10 minutes) yet important meeting for all members of Grace Church who are serving or will serve in any capacity within the Children's Ministry (nursery, Sunday school, Children's Church, AWANA, youth group, etc.). Senior Luncheon
Seniors! Join us this Thursday, September 18, 2025, for our first luncheon of 2025/2026. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall from 12:00 - 2:00 PM. The sign-up sheet is located at the Sign-Up Center in the foyer.
Upcoming Biblical Conference
Help For The Hurting Heart - On September 26-27, Cornerstone Bible Church in Middlefield, Ohio will be hosting their second annual For The Church Conference.This two day conference will seek to apply God's word to the pain and hurt we all face in a fallen world. New Choir Members
Choir rehearsals will resume Wednesday, September 17, at 7 p.m. If you are a Grace Church member and desire to sing, please contact Scott Burdett (SBurdett@GraceChurchRootsown.com). There will be a brief orientation prior to the first rehearsal.

Youth Pancake Breakfast
Join us Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. for a Pancake (Flap Jack) Breakfast to help raise funds for our Annual Youth/Young Adult Fall Camp. We will have pancakes, sausage, beverages, and all the fixings!
Church Work Day
We are looking for 8-10 volunteers to help with a few projects at the church on Saturday, October 25, 2025, immediately following the Youth Pancake Breakfast (8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.). We will be doing some exterior repairs on the garage; painting, replacing some eaves/door, and some trim work. Our deacons will ensure volunteers know what they are doing. Please bring some water, snacks, and outdoor working clothes. If you have any questions, please see Dave Hartley or Connor Draa.
Youth and Young Adult Fall Camp
Join us November 7-9, 2025, for a weekend of learning, fellowship, and fun, at Pine Lake Bible Camp in Caldwell, Ohio for our Annual Youth and Young Adult Fall Camp. Ages 12 to 30 are welcome!
