To help keep the foyer and the Welcome Center organized, we have purchased new tables. There is now a table for sign-up sheets, a Women's Ministries table, and a missions table. There is also a small table located just to the right of the main church doors for children's activity books and crayons. To assist with keeping these areas clutter free, we are asking that no one brings items to sit on the tables, other than adding secret sister gifts on the Women's Ministries table. We appreciate your assistance in this matter.

The Lookabaugh Shepherd group will be meeting this Friday, October 25, at 6:00 p.m. for a Reformation Day Party! Join us at the home of John and Katy Lookabaugh for a night of fun and fellowship. Jackson Shepherd Group, join us this Saturday, October 26, for "Souper Saturday". We will meet at the Jackson's House (103 Oak Hill Circle, Rootstown, 44272) from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Bring your own mug or soup bowl, soup will be provided. Contact Kim Jackson with any questions.

GCOR will be providing the Continental Breakfast for the Introduction to Biblical Counseling seminar. If you would like to help with this, the sign-up sheet with the items needed is located at the Sign-up Center in the foyer.

Registration for the biblical counseling conference with Dr. John Street is now open.  This conference will be open to other area churches and there will be a cost. However, those attending Grace Church will receive a 35% discount: $24.25 for each individual  and $42 per couple. This is the early bird cost (September 1-30). The 35% discount will continue with the regular rate (October 1-31). To receive the 35% discount, you must use the discount code "host" when registering.

Children and students (high school, college) are free when one parent is a paid registrant.  All registrations include lunch on Saturday while each paid registrant will receive a counseling resource book. Join us November 8 - 10, 2024, for learning, fellowship, and fun, at Pine Lake Bible Camp in Caldwell, Ohio, for our Annual Youth and Young Adult Fall Camp. Ages 12 to 30 are welcome! The next New Member's Class will be offered on Sunday, November 10, at 12:15 PM in Conference Room 1. This class is for anyone who would like to learn more about the values and philosophy of Grace Church. Attendance does not necessitate membership, but anyone desiring to become a member of Grace Church needs to go through the class. We will begin working on our GCOR Kids Christmas Skit & Music today, October 6, during Jr Church time. Any "kid" up to 6th grade is welcome to join and participate. We will also have needs for older "kids" (meaning teens up to adults) to assist beginning in late November and through the performance evening, which is Sunday, December 15, 2024. Our schedule will be posted soon, but in the meantime, we will be practicing music and lines during Jr Church time with extra practices on the first two Saturday's in December. To be determined. GCOR is looking for one person to volunteer to help with communion. Set-up for communion is once a month on Saturday mornings. If you would like more information or are interested in serving, contact Marty Heinzman (330-325-1554).

Children's Ministries is looking to fill a new Sunday School class, ages 3-4. We are in need of three teachers and two helpers to share in a rotation for this class.
