What's Happening
PRAYER EMPHASIS

This week’s prayer emphasis is for the families who are committing to be 7-5-2 families and our singles who are committing to be 7-2-1 people.  Pray that as they begin this journey, God will use their prayer times to draw them closer to Him.

SMALL GROUPS

We believe that we exist for the glory and honor of God, and for those who are not yet a part of it. We live this out through small group communities, where people gather to live life intentionally with one another. So whether you are parents, married, single, divorced, youth, young children, needing support and recovery, whatever your need may be, we believe God has called us to live life together through small groups.

Sign-ups begin this week in the connection center. Feel free to look through the various small groups we have, sign up, and start living life intentionally in community.

PRAYER@HOME CALENDARS

As part of the Prayer@Home series, we would like to encourage all of you with families to become a 7-5-2 family, or a 7-2-1 if you are single or the only Christian in your family. For families, this means committing to: pray seven times a week, or once a day, as an individual. Pray together five times a week as a family, and twice a week with your spouse.

If you are single or the only Christian, we encourage you to become a 7-2-1 prayer warrior. This would mean committing to praying seven times a week by yourself, twice a week with a prayer partner, and once a week in a small group.

If you are willing to commit to this, please grab a Prayer@Home calendar in our Faith@Home Center. This will give you a resource to track how you are doing. We’ll also give you a 7-5-2 bracelet to wear to remind you to be intentional about praying at home.

WOMEN’S FALL BRUNCH

You are invited to our Fall Brunch on Saturday, November 3rd at 11 am at Crossridge.  Please bring a brunch item to share, and a friend! This will be a great time of community and hearing from Lori Baugus. Contact Kasey White at kaseyrenay@gmail.com with questions.

THANKSGIVING FEAST

November 4th at 5pm will be our annual Thanksgiving Feast. We will need people to help set up, clean up, and serve. If you would be willing to serve in this area, please contact Meghan Wagner. Next week we’ll have a sign-up for what to bring. This is a great event that we look forward to each year.

If you would like to give online, simply visit our site and click donate. You can also give in the baskets as they pass by during the service. We believe God wants to care for our needs and give us enough to share with others. Money is most valuable when it is put to work helping people. As the church, it is our privilege to give generously to reach and help those in need - locally, regionally, and abroad.
